I'm Zahid, a performance marketing operator with six years running paid acquisition on Meta, Google and TikTok for founder-led brands across Bangladesh, the US and the UK.

I run TrendFlux Digital, where I've delivered 40+ engagements — everything from Advantage+ funnels built to a sub-$8 CAC target to a campaign that hit 485,000 views at 82% organic reach with zero paid spend.

What I bring beyond media buying is the system around it: clean tracking, weekly dashboards, and automation that gives the team back 20+ hours a week. That's exactly what I'd want to build for your organization.

I'm Zahid Hasan Emon, a performance marketing and growth systems specialist. I studied IT at Jahangirnagar University and started running ads for founders in 2019 — that engineering background is why I treat growth as infrastructure rather than a series of campaigns.

Today I run TrendFlux Digital, an AI-native Growth OS. Across 40+ engagements I own three layers: paid media on Meta, Google and TikTok; a creative testing engine that produces 100+ designs and 20+ reels a quarter with hook-rate as the gate; and the measurement layer — GA4, Tag Manager, Conversions API and Looker Studio dashboards clients actually open.

Two results I'd point to. A civic campaign that reached 485,000 views at 82% organic reach on zero media budget, built on 166 designs and 22 reels. And Growth-OS, my lead lifecycle automation, which cut time from lead to booked call by 38% and reclaimed over 20 operator hours a week.

I've also run separate US and UK market strategies with distinct creative theses per market. I'm remote-native, I work on a weekly cadence, and I'd come in ready to audit the account structure in week one.

I'll start with how I got here. I studied Information Technology at IIT, Jahangirnagar University, and while I was there I started running ads for founders who couldn't afford to guess — small budgets, real revenue pressure. That taught me early that a campaign without instrumentation is just an expensive opinion.

In 2019 I became a brand architect at TrendFlux Digital. It's grown into what I call an AI-native Growth OS, and I've delivered 40+ engagements for founders, SMBs and institutional clients across Bangladesh, the US and the UK.

My work has three layers. Paid media: Meta Advantage+ structures engineered toward a sub-$8 CAC, Google Search and Performance Max, and TikTok Ads — with budget decisions driven by ROAS, CPA and blended CAC rather than platform-reported vanity numbers. Creative: a hook-rate testing framework where three-second view rate gates whether a variant earns full spend. That's how I sustain 100+ designs and 20+ reels a quarter without adding headcount. And measurement: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel with Conversions API, strict UTM governance, and Looker Studio dashboards that clients read themselves every week.

Underneath all of that is automation. I build n8n workflows, CRM lifecycle pipelines and OpenAI agents for ad-copy variation, creative briefing, audience research and reporting. Across deployments that's reclaimed 20+ operator hours per week — hours that go straight back into testing.

Three results I'm proud of. First, the Pabna Nagorik Committee campaign: 485,000 views at 82% organic reach with zero paid boost, built on 166 designs and 22 reels with a fixed publishing cadence. Second, Growth-OS: a lead lifecycle system on n8n with an admin console and audit trail that cut lead-to-booked-call time by 38%. Third, multi-market strategy across the US and UK, where I split reporting and budgets per market before touching creative, then wrote a separate creative thesis for each.

That last one is why this role interests me. Growth-stage market entry isn't a translation problem — it's a distinct creative thesis, a distinct offer frame, and clean per-market attribution so you can tell what's actually working. I've run that motion before.

In the first 30 days I'd expect to be auditing account structure and tracking, shipping a first creative test wave, and standing up the reporting layer.

How I work: fully remote since 2019, weekly cadence, one shared source of truth, and everything documented so nothing lives only in my head. If the ad account is underperforming, it's usually the system that's missing — and building that system is what I do.

Likely questions

Prepared answers

  • Why do you want to work for Elite Eleven?

It's a founder-led activewear brand at the market-entry stage — that's where paid media decisions actually compound, and where a systems approach pays off fastest. I want ownership of a real account with real budget, not a slice of someone else's funnel.

  • You've been a brand architect. Why take an in-house role?

As a fractional lead I hand the system over and leave. I want to stay long enough to see a channel mature — to run the same account through a full year of seasonality, creative fatigue and scale. That's a different craft, and it's the one I want next.

  • How would you spend your first 30 days?

Week one: audit account structure, tracking integrity and attribution — Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs. Week two: baseline reporting in Looker Studio so we agree on the numbers. Weeks three and four: first creative test wave with hook-rate gating, plus a documented market teardown of competitor creative and offer framing.

  • What's your biggest weakness for this role?

I treat growth as infrastructure, which means I can sometimes over-engineer a solution early on. I've learned to balance building robust tracking with the need for immediate creative output, ensuring the system supports the speed of testing rather than slowing it down.
